• Business contact details (name, email address, phone number, job title, business name)
• Business details relevant to your AML compliance enquiry (industry, number of employees, designated services provided)
• Enquiry or message content submitted through our platform
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, cookies) collected automatically when you use our platform

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to operate our marketplace and connect you with relevant Vendors.

We use your personal information to:

• Match your enquiry with relevant Vendors and refer your details to those Vendors
• Communicate with you about your enquiry and about CompareAML services
• Improve our platform, content, and matching capability
• Send you general information about AML/CTF regulatory developments (where you have opted in)

When you submit an enquiry, your contact details and business information will be shared with one or more Vendors relevant to your enquiry. By using CompareAML, you consent to this disclosure. We disclose only the information reasonably necessary for a Vendor to respond to your enquiry.

Vendors are third parties and operate independently of CompareAML. Once your information is disclosed to a Vendor, their own privacy policy and data practices apply. We encourage you to review a Vendor's privacy policy before engaging their services.

We may send you information about AML/CTF developments or CompareAML services where you have opted in to receive such communications. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

We do not send unsolicited commercial electronic messages in breach of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Our platform uses industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission and secure data storage.
